A simple, straight and stylish poncho with a little something extra in the form of a textured band at the bottom. You can choose whether or not to attach fringe at the bottom. A wonderful addition to your wardrobe, which keeps you nice and warm over your shoulders while also giving your outfit a dressier look. The Barbro poncho is knitted from the top down in one piece. First, the neckband is knitted in double ribbing, then the yoke/body is knitted around in stockinette stitch with increases. The poncho is finished with a textured band and a few rows of stockinette stitch before being cast off. You can choose the length of your poncho yourself, as well as whether or not you want to attach fringe at the bottom. The amount of yarn increases if you make the poncho longer.
