Linnea Mittens Junior

Linnea junior mittens are perfect as winter mittens, and even better together with Linnea junior neck warmer. Since they are knitted from the fingertips upwards, it is really easy to adjust the length so that they fit the user's hands perfectly. The mittens are cast on with Judy's magic cast on, and knitted in the round from the fingertips upwards and the Linnea pattern over the front piece. The thumb is also cast on with Judy's magic cast on and knitted in the round to the correct length. Then the work is joined and knitted in the round with decreases on the inside of the hand. Finally
knit the elastic.

Sizes: Newborn (Baby) // 1–2 (2–4) 4–6 (6–9) 9–12 years
Gauge: 22 stitches in stocking stitch on 10 cm, on size 4 needles
Knitting suggestion: Circular needles 4 mm and 3.5 mm (minimum 60 cm). Magic loop technique is used.
Yarn: 20 (20) // 50 (50) 50 (50) 100 grams Merino extra fine from Drops (50 g = 105
m) or Merino wool from Sandnes (50 g = 105 m).
Yarn options: Sandnes Double Sunday, Drops Daisy
